Our Whakapapa lodge has an in-house Cook/Custodian.
The day starts with a hearty breakfast and ends with a mountain sized evening meal, sometimes including a dessert.

BREAKFAST

Breakfast is served from 07:15am

Breakfast consists of a continental breakfast of toast and cereal.  
You are welcome to bring your own food to cook yourself, should you wish to have a cooked breakfast.

AFTERNOON TEA

On return from skiing the Cook will sometimes supply an afternoon tea.

DINNER

Served at 7.00 pm ish

TEA & COFFEE
The Whakapapa lodge has tea and coffee supplies to which members can help themselves.
The Ohakune lodge is self catered in this regard.
In both lodges, there is a fridge in which members can store their BYO drinks and nibbles to enjoy as part of the après ski vibe.

CUSTODIAN DAY OFF

Each Wednesday the custodian at Whakapapa has the day off. 
This means dinner is self catered and the custodian will provide the meal ingredients to be prepared.
Custodians will resume normal duties Thursday morning. 

We ask those staying to keep the lodge clean and tidy during this period. 

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS
Due to food delivery days, meals will only cater to members who have booked at least 72 hours in advance.
Last minute bookings will need to bring their own meals.
